  The smallest of the amino acids. At 3,000mg it is the largest single active in the sachet.

• Sodium Tricitrate 500mg elemental sodium2,140mg

  A citrate salt rather than a chloride one, so it dissolves cleanly and does not taste like seawater. 2,140mg of the salt gives 500mg of elemental sodium.

• Prickly Pear 2,000mg

  A standardised extract taken from the skin of the fruit rather than the flat pad. Every batch is traceable to its lot.

• Potassium Citrate 700mg elemental potassium · 35% NRV1,930mg

  1,930mg of the salt gives 700mg of elemental potassium. Most electrolyte formulas lead with sodium. This one leads with potassium.

• Magnesium Bisglycinate 200mg elemental magnesium · 53% NRV1,820mg

  Magnesium bound to glycine rather than sold as the oxide or the citrate. 1,820mg of the salt gives 200mg of elemental magnesium.

• DHM (Dihydromyricetin) 1,000mg

  Extracted from Hovenia dulcis, the Japanese raisin tree. 1,000mg, printed here rather than hidden inside a proprietary blend.

• Taurine 1,000mg

  An amino sulfonic acid, not one of the twenty the body builds protein from. 1,000mg per sachet.

• Korean Pear 10:1 whole fruit extract800mg

  A 10:1 whole fruit extract, so the 800mg here is drawn from 8,000mg of fruit.

• Ginger Root Extract standardised to 10% gingerols500mg

  Standardised to 10% gingerols, the compounds that give ginger its pungency. Raw ginger powder sits at a fraction of that concentration.

• Theracumin 500mg

  Curcumin milled down to sub-micron particles so it disperses through water instead of sitting on top of it. 500mg per sachet.

• L-theanine 200mg

  Found in green tea and almost nowhere else in the diet. 200mg per sachet.

• Himalayan Pink Salt 200mg

  200mg. It is in there for the taste.
